What We're About
We want to help our clients achieve the best
outcome for whatever legal situation they face and believe that proper planning
is the way to accomplish this. Knowing potential results of a particular
situation is key to making a game plan. Knowledge of possible results
comes from exposure to dealing with similar matters through trial. Our
experience in litigating complex cases provides the background to guide clients
through what may appear to the client as intimidating legal matters.

This law practice is founded upon Mr. Mariconda's background
and experience as a litigation/trial
attorney. In 2002 Kent was
honored as "Trial Attorney of the Year" by the Association of California House
Counsel. During his first 16 years of practice Kent gained
considerable litigation experience working for a major insurance company
defending thousands of clients against personal injury claims. For four of
those years he was a lead attorney responsible for supervising other attorneys
through trial. During this time frame, Kent also litigated complex
construction matters and has recently won a major judgment for a contractor on
the Metro-Rail Projects.
